Opening an Anadi online current account
Anadi Bank offers two main current accounts, both opened online and both with a debit card. The right one depends on whether your salary or pension is paid into it.

The two account types
The giro account is a standard current account for payments, direct debits and card spending, offered at a low monthly price. The salary or pension account is free of account-keeping charges on condition that your regular salary or pension is credited to it. If Anadi would be your main bank, the salary account is usually the better value. Check the current price list for what is and is not included.
Basic payment account
Under EU law, every consumer legally resident in the EU has the right to a payment account with basic features. Anadi provides one (Zahlungskonto mit grundlegenden Funktionen) for people who would otherwise be unable to open an account.
How to open an account online
- Choose the account type on the official account page.
- Fill in your personal details, address, tax residence and employment information.
- Complete digital identification with your passport or ID card.
- Sign the contract electronically.
- Activate internet banking and set up the TresorTAN app when your access details arrive.
Switching your account
Austrian banks must support account switching. With the online switching service, your standing orders and incoming payments can be moved from your old bank to the new account. Tell your employer or pension provider your new IBAN as well, particularly for a salary account.
Cards and cash
